The most beautiful movie I have ever watched. The one movie that left the most impact on my own life after watching. The black & white original version, not a later release they did in colour. What movie/s have made an impact on your life?

18 November, 2017 at 11:34 pm #1079485What an ace question. The film that changed my life ( short term) was Leaving Las Vegas – that’s impact resulting in 3 months clean and a life choice.
Then I went back to the bottle, now I hate that film.
Fave film – Cuckos nest.

19 November, 2017 at 1:50 am #1079504Dian Fossey was the real life woman played by Sigourney Weaver in the film Gorillas In The Mist. Amazing film to watch. Born free, Forever Free and Running Free were the three films that Joy and David Adamson made about the lions. Another amazing trilogy of films…..I think the Joy Adanson fund is still going.

19 November, 2017 at 2:00 am #1079508My favorite film still has to be…Life Is Beautiful..an Italian film that deals with a family in the second world war ( not long before the liberation) being taken to concentration camps and how a father helps his young son to survive by treating the whole experience as a game. Under lying theme i n this great film is parental love and protection and what parents will do ( in this case-the father) to keep their children safe.
