annd good on them!! ok so the battering was abit severe but even you cannot be so naive as to think that this was the 1st time the 10 yr old (happy slapping chavvy) who was born here etc blah blah blah you cant honestly think that it was the 1st time he has EVER said anything to this person? or to another person of a different race or a different country of birth??

I would assume so, but i wouldn’t say for definate as he’s innocent until proven guilty, whereas the hooligan immigrant mother should be locked up for ten years on assult charges.
