I really wanna see our changing room…. apparantly the spa is awsome… and they dive in before and after the match. 8)

I reckon though if we dismantled it and sold it on Ugo’s booty we might be able to afford more than ONE player in the summer…

anybody know what shaz is on about?

    Rugby League because……its quicker,faster,fitter game,

Rugby Union is known as kick n clap near me

get the ball kick it everyone claps.

I agree Lancs i think Union is alot more of a powerful macho type game but the constant scrums and line outs do my ti ts in where they are more incidental part of league, also with league if there is major outclassing at least there is the 6 tackle rule rather than being unlimited, i think league is far more interesting to watch on the sport side, but those thighs and butts in the scrum have an appeal too lol ;)

not being a thigh/butt connoisseur i,m afraid i,ll have to limit myself to sporting personal preference. But hey whatever floats your boat Poli.
    :)

Well.. more of a Union tradition here in Ireland.

I could never really get the hang of League
Despite the obvious spectator advantages of it’s pace and fluidity, I do find the lack of any real form of scrum or line-out a tad.. oh I dunno.. ineffectual.
Shoot me but I do find Union a more aggressive and territorial affair.. although there seems to be less open play, it is nevertheless contested – allowing possession to be won and lost. League lacks that with the whole six tackle scenario I feel.

I’m a tad biased due to playing some Union :P .. but I will say that a bad Rugby Union match is REALLY bad compared to it’s League counterpart. It can be pure drudgery.. whereas League almost always produces something.

Mostly agree with pepps, but then suvverners never really did get League. To us it’s a bunch of blokes running in straight lines til they get knocked over, get back up and run again… infinitum. And if you break the defence in League you tend to just run half a mile to touch down under the posts. The scrums are terribly messy and have no cohesion either.

Not a great Rugby fan per se… but Union all the way for me.
