Husband, MIL, Child and I decided to go to the beach on our way home from asda, just for a walk, (like you do)
We parked up, got out, made our way to the sand. I saw this bloke, woman and 2 kids sitting eating on the bench and table. I did a double take, the bloke looked like our very own UGO!!!!!!
SO UGO, was you in SE Scotland today???
I recall being told that if you see your own doppelganger or someone else’s, then it means that you or that person are going to die.
Have to say though, it’s a theory that, as far as I’m aware, is untested and unproven.

If it wasn’t yours then you should be okay :lol: And I was told that at the same time I was told that if you put a 10p coin on top of a gravestone, exactly centre, and wait then eventually it will move on its own cos it upsets the spirit world or something.
About as believable as Candyman or ‘Dobes’ :lol:

Point is Candyman isn’t real. Dobes isn’t real (there’s no logistical explenation as to how anyone would be abe to tell the tale anyway) So the doppelganger theory is just as unlikely.
A combination of stories we used to tell as kids and a fascination I used to have with the paranormal is how I know this stuff pebbles (except Candyman, which I watched long before the age of eighteen) I used to watch horror movies at my mate’s when I was seven (obviously, something else my folks never knew) so I just grew up with it.
I worry about you John, really, I do :lol:
