Hiya JC’s
I wish to inform you that Esme is seriously ill, she was taken into hospital a few days ago and like the battler we know her to be she has continued her fight.
I’ve took the liberty to attempt to track her down when she stopped posting a few weeks ago and have found a contact point who is in touch with her husband. I have relayed this message to other sites Esme subscribed to and have been overwhelmed with messages for her.Just Chat has always been an important site for many of us, we have learnt our skills on these threads. Many of the ‘regular celebrity posters’ are known throughout the net and often come into contact we each other as cyber friends and acquaintances.
I would be pleased to add your messages to those from other sites. I expect I shall get into trouble for publishing this message when Esme is well enough to respond but take the opportunity to miss her scathing vent whilst she is incapacitated. Some of those we meet in places like this leave a lasting impressions; Esme has certainly done that in my book.I heard about this last night.
Im sending her positive vibes, as is Rubes (via Blackpool!)
i ave been following her progress in desis……and wish her a speedy recovery.
what is esis or whatever it is… the place you kept intouch bout esme.. jst would like to leave tribs in places where her old man will get them too her.

If only es could see these links for herself lol. We had a chat a few weeks ago and it involved the old fashioned rag and bone man. With a horse and cart and we talked about feeding the horse lol.
This is the only real legitimate link I can find on youtube to a legitimate rag man these days, and he happens to also be one of hermy’s mates (another member who doesnt visit), and he actually has a lot of personal vids of this guy.
Everybody has a hometown legend. Ours is called Tigerman, but this man rules on the rag and bone front.

Whilst I only have contact through a third party to Esme’s husband all messages I pick up here will be added to those collected elsewhere. At present I’ve passed on 30+ from open boards and have several PM’s to forward onward when time permits.
As long as these are co-ordinated they will reach their destination.
Esme’s is important to many of us in many different waysPlease pass on my warmest wishes to Esme.. It was only recently that I began any worthwhile correspondence with her (after she thumped me with a brilliant, witty and thoroughly deserved dressing down on the boards here a few weeks back lol) and I have been wondering where she disappeared to :roll:
Her unique takes on all things cultural are always a joy.. I look forward to her return.

jeez sgt me n esme ripped each other apart on here..but met up on a diff m/board :wink: and made up……..she even got me doing a music quiz.
