I’ve often thought it’s not a good idea to take the law into your own hands as you may well be the one who finds yourself on the wrong side of the law yourself. I just read this on our regional teletext:
A 44 year old man from this region made a citizen’s arrest on a 13 year old who he caught throwing stones at his car. He marched the kid (didn’t say whether it was a boy or girl) down to the police station and what happens next? The guy gets charged with ‘abduction’. That’s the danger of getting involved – all that kid had to do was click his/her fingers to make something happen.
bloody ridiculous the world and legal system now he should have clipped em around the lug hole then denied all knowledge
I reckon that 90% or more of police officers would agree with you there, certainly the majority that I know would. But, alas, they have to follow procedure.

But i agree marches is far too lenient i’d have dragged the effer by his ear giving him a few kicks for effect.Then you’d have been charged with assault for good measure :lol:
i hope the fella goes to every newspaper nationwide to show how stupid our so called laws are. have this fekkin government learned nothing from the gary newlove murder ? i agree i would drag the little shit kicking and screaming and hand him over black and blue, then id claim that he tried to mug me. little bstards.

exactly waspish. Johnboy – though i dunno i’d hand him over anywhere just throw some stones at him see if he likes it then kick his arse. They gotta prove the said assault first.
ive said it before here. i lie in a small village on top o the moors, if we have trouble form hoodrats or drug dealers we tek the little scrotes on the moors for a talk. they get a good hiding and then thrown out to find their own way back to mummy. youd be suprised how effective it can be. [and before anyone starts sayin owt we dont make mistakes, and we dont kill em. yet..] we have virtually no burglaries and no hoodrats roaming the streets cos we get out there amongst em and talk to em, once you let them know that you are onto em and arent going to ake their “cant touch me crap” they tend to leave well alone. old fashioned mabey but very effective.
By throwing stones at ‘him’ (that’s a bit sexist – could have been a girl. We don’t know) and kicking its (think that’s a better term to describe the little shytebags) arse then it could be proved pretty easily :lol:
