Ok how far is 5 km :shock: :shock: Iv just resgersterd me and my daughters to do it £12.50 each but well worth it Has the big C has popped its ugly head up to some 1 lose to me last year ………………They ok now but shows how close it can come
Hubs old man had prostrate cancer didnt die of that but dont fink all the treatment helped in the long run
Well enough of the b0ll0cks just wanna no how far iv got to f00king run :shock: :shock: :shock:
12 March, 2008 at 10:08 pm #317533sunny its 3.11 miles hun. please be prepared, not for just the run but for the heartbreakin messages people wear, when i did it with my daughter some of it broke my heart but you know what , it made me all the more determined to finish it, terrible time cos i walked lol ….. but you know what , it was worth it. Cancer is a terrible thing and i wouldnt mind betting that not many of us dont know someone who has had it.
go enjoy sunny, and remember when your flaggin your doing it for a very good cause xxxx
12 March, 2008 at 10:22 pm #317534sadly i won’t b running or walking or even tryin to hobble this year, my cousins wife to be is doin it for our family the day before her wedding so we’re all sponserin her…. maybe if this effin OP works ill do it nxt yr… here i could do it with the Zimmer lol

12 March, 2008 at 10:43 pm #317536Good luck Sunny. My youngest did cross country today and came 74th out of 200…. not bad eh, and on Friday his school are doing the Sport Relief mile at school, it seems to be run for yer money at the moment!

13 March, 2008 at 12:12 am #317540i did it last yr was a peice off pi/ss.(she lies lol)……….did sports releif as well at kels school. hes just started cross country running as well. in fact i fink i still got the red socks sumerwere.i got me first one……..just do it….wen i signed up…..an 2nd one……….just did it………..after race lol. :lol:
