One of my “workers” is moaning, he has been called out to a job and the women (fat in her 40’s and only wearing a “teddy”) keeps sexually harassing him.
Each time he goes there, she tells him,
“My hubby is working away and I need a man around the house, you have my phone and call me!”
She has asked for him by name 4 times in the last 2 days.
The poor lad is only 25 and has a girl friend and is not interest in this old slapper .
You should visit her yourself Doa …. to do a full risk assessment of course !!!
Im all for harrasment in the work place, there should be more of it !
I never get any sexual harrasement.
