    ‘Tis the season to be jolly – but don’t let booze and canapes make you roly-poly too.

    Knocking back drinks at the Christmas party can lead to unwanted bulges, as well as embarrassing encounters with the boss.

    But this year, don’t let the evening ruin your figure as well as your career!

    Just type in the number of drinks you’ve had in each field and hit calculate to reveal exactly how many calories and alcohol units you’ve consumed

    you eat, you drink… then you work it off… you can have the best diet in the world but if you sit on your a rse all day, you not gonna lose weight
