Well if this is the case I would go for Arshad Qarshi. He is my youngest son;s manager, and has the patience of a saint. He has a team of 4 players who can play well and the rest are there to make the numbers up. He was born and bred in this country, got FA qualifications, done courses with West Ham and had trials. Oh… and tried to teach Yanks how to play “soccerrrrrr”.
