You cannot of mist the story of the Oxford Union’s debating society invitation with British National party leader Nick Griffin and david irving to discuss the issue of free speech on monday night, unless you were sitting in Gordon Browns Downing Street Bunker, and did you see the fascists outside demonstrating against our human right to speak in a debating forum, dirty people they are.

The reason the Oxford Union was founded 184 years ago was to promote and defend freedom of speech. Of the 1,702 who voted, 1,062 Oxford Union members voted to hear Nick and David speak. The only place to hear some of it is here – http://www.bnp.org.uk/news_detail.php?newsId=1857

What i wana know is, whether you agree with the guests or not, did these anti-free speech fascists demonstrating outside attack free speech?

Answer (A) is, people should be allowed to say whatever they like, no matter how offensive it may be, so long as they do not intentionally mean to offend, we all must have the right to speak freely, it is one of our BASIC human rights of LIFE.

Answer (B) is, some people’s human rights of free speech should be stopped when i disagree with them.

Answer (C) is, i dont agree with either A or B, but i dont know how we solve this issue of free speech whilst we live in a mass multicultural society of differing opinions, HELP.
