the man who posed for photos whilst raping and abusing little children has had his digital disguise cracked, he posted sick pictures of himself on the net and police computer experts have cracked it and revealed his face. hes now on the wanted list in thailand and interpol have posted him on their most wanted site he is a canadian national.
personally i think there should be a bounty on his head and i would gladly add a fiver toward the reward if we got his head on a plate for cash. what d,yall think then ?Part of me agrees with you and part disagrees.
If you release the home address and other details etc etc of ”paedophiles” so that parents and others can be aware or them and act to protect their children by keeping them away and so on. Clearly this is a sensible precaution and any parent would want to do this.
The problem is that it also encourages others to attack both them (the paedophiles) and their homes and thus drives them back underground. They are then able to pursue their awful practices under a cloak of secrecy.
I really don’t know what the answer is to this issue. I do know that in spite of all the bloodcurdling threats made by people about the things they fantasise about doing to paedophiles, in reality few if any would actually and really do these things.
However, there are enough nutters out there who WOULD cripple or maim or even murder a paedophile such that releasing the details to the public at large is virtually impossible.
How about PB, chopping off their bits,,,,,with a rusty knife,,,,,followed closely by their hands, and maybe gouging out their eyes,,,,,,,with none of these things they’d not be able to abuse anyone would they,,,not even themselves :twisted: :-
Yes but this is my point exactly Cas. Issuing bloodcurdling threats is all very well and may even make good reading – but actually physically doing it is another thing entirely.
No truly sane person would (IMO) ACTUALLY undress a bloke and sever his testicles from his body and then gouge out their eyes – threaten it maybe; talk about it sure …. but the actual physical act is something else altogether.
Maybe it is just a particularly graphic way of expressing our collective disgust and loathing for paedophiles and all that they stand for.

But if they have messed with one of your own I bet you could. Id find it easier to shoot em in the head though.

Not really Sharon, no. apart from anything else, shooting a person will generally land you in jail for a long time.
Also, shooting someone (or seeing them get shot) is a remarkably messy and traumatic experience, not only for the victim but also for those who see it. It stays with you and you never forget the sounds or smells of it.
Yes of course you have a flash of blind rage initially, and I guess that in THAT state you might physically tear someone apart. But all these bloodcurdling threats of what people would like to do to a paedophile are not in that initial moment of uncontrollable fury, but are some time after the event; are done in cold blood; and are even when the attacker is not directly involved with the victim.
I believe that the most certain and unpleasant form of punishment is one that lasts over a long long time and where the offender wants to kill themselve every day …. but is prevented from doing so. The utter depth of despair without any hope of redemption is the punishment I would mete out to paedophiles – cold, merciless and no humanity whatsoever.

You make some very valid points PB , I do wonder if all the passion we have in despising the paedophiles was channelled into campaigns for a revamp of the justice system it would be wiser. the justice system does not lend itself to putting paedophiles away for life, one strike and they should be out!!
I’m not talking about the young couple who may have sex at 15 and 16, im onna bout your hardened paedophiles whether they committ the act or look it up on the net , if they are in anyway involved in the abuse of children for sexual satisfaction then they should lock them up and throw away the key.
just remember these people are abusing CHILDREN , children who should be by the fact they are just that , have the right to be protected and kept safe by adults not terrified every day of their lives by the very people that are supposed to be looking after them.

If we are going to name and shame ‘convicted’ paedophiles (and i think they have to have been through what passes for our justice system beforehand), then why not name and shame other types of violent criminals?
Hmmmm now then, what about putting up posters of rapists? Or the thugs who target the elderly and beat them to a pulp? Why stop there? Why not have a board in your local supermarket of all the local villains, the muggers, shoplifters, etc. In fact, why stop at a board with photos etc, why not have a village green with stocks set up in them, and an everlasting supply of rotten tomatoes, and we can all spend ten minutes after our weekly shop coating the nasty horrid little oiks with rotten fruit and veg.
We would all feel so much better, wouldn’t we?
