New legislation is likely to remove the baby’s need for a father to be considered in IVF.
The argument against this is, that in particular, boys need fathers for the sake of security, identity and masculinity and relating to people of the same sex and the other sex.
Do you think children need parents of both genders?
We have had three cases of same sex couples applying for residence orders after using a sperm doner.
I dont think the childs future ever comes into their thoughts.
They chose their lifestyle, and I personally believe they give up their rights to parenting when they choose to live as they do.
In saying that there are some parents who put us to shame.
If lesbians want to have children they should have to take a cock in them as normal women do.

Lesbianism just happens to be a subject I feel very passionately about. After all, if it weren’t for guys like me there probably wouldn’t even be lesbians

Shaz I dont think you can say that lesbians “choose Their lifestyle”, most gay people will tell you that they were born gay, just as you were born straight, and that choice didnt come into it.
So in the case of a lesbian, when those maternal instincts surface, and they want a child, is it really fair that they should be denyed the same rights as a striaght woman who can legally have IVF?
