Can you describe what happens when you try and access youtube?
my computer tells me it is done, but i just get a clear blank screen every time!

I presume you are trying to access youtube from home and not via a works computer?
And do you have flash player installed?Yes from home, Flash player???. No I have only had a computer since November last year so very crap at it sorry :oops: I’ve got windows media player (2) and I am using windows XP if that’s any help. Thanks for trying to help :D
