I am absolutly disgusted by the news that the murderer of headmaster phillip lawrence is not to be deported on the grounds that it infringes his human rights , what about the human rights of the murdered mans family . it is appaling that a foreign national can commit a murder in this country and still be allowed to live here , not to mention that we the british tax payer have paid for his legal council to allow this to happen . how many other countries would allow this ,not many i bet . there is a petition that you can sign if you like i feel that once a foreign national commits a crime in this country then automatic deportation should take place as soon as the sentance is served . im sick of criminals getting away with things because they have human rights , well so do we .we have the right to live in our own country without fear and with proper justice .

I totally agree with you too, whatever happened to the human rights of the victim!! Before too much longer there is going to be nothing short of anarchy. People are getting sick to the back teeth of the rights of the criminal in this country, there are no such rights for the victims.
As for the poor, downtrodden, in fear of his life man, who isn’t going to be deported. He’ll no doubt end up with a huge council house and enough benefits to live the life of riley! oh yea! he needs to be felt sorry for doesn’t he :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
I have to admit I almsot also acted like a gullible mindless sheep on this topic after only really hearing about the story via cafe papers and therefore being temporarily influenced by their government influenced slanting of the story
The thing is tho that he HAS lived here since he was 7, had he been a migrant worker or asylum seeker arriving here as an adult I would totally agree with his deportation, infact I would prefer it to have been at the START of his sentence rather than the end so he wasnt then also a drain on british tax payers
But that isnt the case, he came here as a child, and as such this to all intents and purposes IS his home, so as uncomfortable as it might be claimed to be by the teachers wife I do see it as no different than if he had been killed by a british born teenager and should be handled accordingly
As much as some of my views are extremely right wing I personally dont have a right wing agenda and think each case HAS to be individually evalutated rather than blanket conclusions applied
Infact I actually think theres a better arguement for deporting a non offending indoctrinated muslim child than one who is fairly westernised but has offended
He gave up any rights to continue to live in and be looked after by this country the minute he committed murder.
If you are an immigrant (didnt know there was an age limit btw) and you commit a crime you know you may be sent home.
He poses a serious and real threat to the public.
But then I suppose that means he will be looked after (as Cas has stated) and given more attention than victims of crime are afforded.

I could’nt agree with you more. The current British judicial system regarding this sort of crime, is an international joke. Asbo’s and the likes are not worth the paper they are recorded on, and I know for a fact, that it is seen as ‘cool’ to get as many as possible by these degenerates.
In my opinion, and indeed, vast experience, dogs are only frightened of bigger dogs. The only effective way you are going to beat these scum, is to use the maximum of force. Many years ago, just after we were married, me and Christine had a newsagents shop, in a very hard part of London. Very early one morning, shortly after we opened the shop, I heard screams from up the road. To cut a rather long story short, an old 87 year old lady customer of ours, had been raped, beaten and robbed, by a 21 year old lunatic. who was holding a seven inch knife to her neck. He threatened to kill her if anyone approached. I knew, that in his drug fuelled state, his reactions would be erratic, so tried the kidology approach. By this time, Christine had pressed the 999 personal attack button in our shop, that was connected direct to the police, and by chance, a crew of the Met’s Flying Squad happened to be not too far away.
By this time, the piece of excrement had started to become a bit more agitated, so I took the first chance I got when he momentarily lost concentration. I got the blade off him, dragged the old girl to safety and spent the best part of 5 glorious minutes kicking the absolute **** out of him. He spent almost a week in intensive care, and had I have had the opportunity, I would have dragged him out the hospital bed for a second portion. Whats more, had I have killed him that morning, I would’nt have lost a night’s sleep !
Over the top, I can hear people saying. No need to go that strong. Oh yes there is mate, and that is the only thing that these anus holes are frightened of-bigger dogs!
Needless to say, the law only affords us a degree of self defence, which I clearly was doing. So serious was the case, it was referred to The Old Bailey. I cant tell you how worrying the next 8 or 9 months were, for me, Chrissie and the two girls who were only tiny.Anyway, up the Bailey I go, fearing the worse, with my shaving gear and toothbrush in my suit pocket. Fortunately for me, this son of a bitch had such an appalling criminal record, most of it targetting old people and children. Of course, although the jury were not aware of his previous, the judge, George Schindler (now retired) was. Without going too much into the trial, which was covered on national tv, Mr scumboy got an 8 stretch, and I got a commendation for bravery and a £200 award.
I was darned lucky. I have lost count of the number of similar cases to mine, when the tables have turned and the good guy gets put in the nick.
Natuarlly, I realise that we cant live in a vigilante state, that would be no use to anyone. The alternatives? Easy. I will tell you how to cut out knife crimes in this country overnight. If any youth’s are searched and caught with a blade, for any reason whatsoever- 20 YEARS! NO REMISSION, NO PAROLE- 20 SERVING YEARS. Not enough prisons? BUILD SOME MORE! ANOTHER 50 IF NEED BE! I can categorically guarantee you, that if this were to happen, knife crime and similar acts of violence would disappear from our streets overnight. They might give the old swagger and smoking and big time stance when 6 and 9 month stretches are dished out, but have a nice 20 stretch up their jackpot, and see how they all crumble then!
I dont know if anyone read the Mail this morning. I had tears in my eyes when I read how a lovely old couple were attacked by the preverbial piece of ****, when coming home from their Golden Wedding anniversary. The lady is almost blind in one eye, and the man has had to have a pacemaker fitted, due to the stress. Whatsmore, and most tragically, due to the stress and worry that it caused this lovely couple, they have SPLIT UP, due to the **** getting police bail and actually living opposite them ! What did he get for such a viscious, cowardly attack ? FIFTEEN SILLY MONTHS ! I spend longer in the barbers. He would have been a classic case for my regime. The former punishment would have been the best one for him, and please God he gets it in the nick.But if it had to go to the more human punishment, 20 YEARS NOT 15 MONTHS.
Tear up the Bill of European Human Rights to start with. It is a piece of legislation that the very worst scum of society systematically and successfully hide behind. The only people who gain from the human rights bill, are the scrotes that abuse it, and the lawyers that earn their coin defending them.
Write your shopping list on Asbos, thats all they are good for. Unless this country stops namby pambying about with these nutcases of society, more and more people are going to fall victims and will be shot and stabbed to death my nonentities.

How about putting hundreds of bobbies on the streets while hemmeroid farm or beastenders are on, and any little scrote caught on the streets gets locked up till mummy or whoever gets benefit for the brat comes and pays to get the chile back. Just as they do with dodgy cars and vans etc, or better still if theyre not claimed within 48 hours put em down cos their parents obviously dont give a toss where they are. or alternativeley give em all national service with real guns to play with, instead of em buying guns from mosside or wherever is closest. they can run around the moors shootin and stabbing for all their worth lets face it their mothers arent gunna miss em if they even notice theyre gone at all
First point there is that they WILL notice they are missing when their benefits shrink
Second point, is that all of what was written there applies as much to white kids british born and bred as it does to anyone else
Infact it applies less at the moment to chinese, asian and some other cultures than it does to white and black kids
But are we not discussing the British Justice System, and how it fails us all Uber?

Well I think it does tho really, with THIS case the person in question HAS lived here since he was 6 or 7 years old, which to me means that person has lived the most significant part of their life in THIS country
Because of that deporting him would be no more or less abhorrent than deporting someone born here, even a white british kid that was born here
Had, as I said earlier this person come here of their own choosing whilst already an adult I would wholeheartedly agree with deportation. But thats not the case, and to want to deport someone based pretty much solely on skin colour is, unlike most things given this label “racist” in its inception
Also, trying to expand this to be a discussion about ALL blacks or none whites is equally “racist” in the true sense of the word rather than the new academic meaning, as each case wont be the same unless the ONLY factor thats important is skin colour or ethnic origin
Irrespective of this persons skin colour they HAVE lived here for most of their childhood, which as far as I am concerned is a VERY valid point that is being conveniently overlooked
And because of most of this persons life being lived here in the UK this IS for all intents and purposes their “home” and “country” so there isnt a place TO logically deport them to which wouldnt be the case if he had lived his childhood in another country and THEN come here it would be a similar situation in the here and now, but NOT in my opinion the same situation by any stretch of a non biggotted imagination
