I have a friend,,,,,no, honestly, I really do haha :lol:
Anyway, I digraffle. this friend (who I totally hate btw lol) bought a Lambourghini (sp??) three months ago, not a second hand one but brand new and in cash
Anyhoo, in the last three months its broken down three times so being rather annoyed with it he contacted the dealership to tell them the car wasnt fit for its intended use and that they should collect it as he wants to return it under the consumer rights act
They whined and whinged about that and in a round about way declined to do so, so, he then sought legal advice from the solicitors that handle all of his companies legal matters during which he asked about applying for legal aid as it wasnt a company matter but a personal one

But to make it worse, not only did he ask about legal aid he also seems to have not had a break from complaining about the fact he was told he wouldnt qualify HAHAHAHAHA

It aint even called legal aid anymore for one! (its called public funding, re-named so the public may understand where it comes from :shock: )
