I think no..from the article she has been given more than a fair chance to help herself and if she needs additional help without funding there are many free self help groups and literature to get her back on track.

You know i say yes. Just heard on the news about NHS paying thousands of pounds a week on smokers who have brought smokes cheap but they are illegal and full of poison. So stop treating:

    Fat people
    Anorexic people
    Drug addicts
    Smokers

All self inflicted things that ALL need NHS treatment thats costs a fortune. So now answer the question “Do you think she should be helped?”

I saw her husband on the news saying he try’s to help, and then said he feeds her fry-up’s and fast food take-aways…

Taxes should be spent only on healthy food.

Four years ago, the NHS paid for her to stay in the exclusive £5000-a-week Priory clinic for three months and she went from 35 stones to 28 stones.

yes of course she should have treatment, shes chronically depressed and only 37 years old. Also she has young children, however she needs to be removed from the family enviroment to ensure her treatment is effective.
Although a lot of this is self inflicted, I feel sad for her and her miserable life………

Just makes me glad Im semi normal (?) and dont have to worry about people judging whether I need medical help or not.

Whatever the outcome, poor women, what a life!
