Just wondering how many of us eat as a family, at the dinning room table?

I often cook a meal for my family because i love the way they screw their face up when they put the first fork full in!
    Jokes aside………
I really love cooking for others, it makes it worth while and when I do cook for my family, i insist that they sit in the dining room around the table too!
FFS im such a gent :D

i tend to do it just once or twice a week, as i live with just my sister we tend to rarely be around at the same time to eat together but i do make it a rule that we eat together at the table at least once a week,we usually manage twice a week though

I think it should be done 6 evenings a week and Sunday Dinner.

It’s one of the old traditions that makes a family a family.
    :)

I agree with ya PATS. I have vivid memories of sitting at the dinner table under the hawkeye of my dad whilst he watched us take every damn mouthful. Mealtimes were a bloody nightmare. I,m with you. As long as my kids eat their food, and they are happy I couldnt care less. We do eat christmas dinner and sunday dinner at the table, but it,s not a bloody military operation like it was when I was a kid. They are allowed to speak at the table. Oh and shock horror, I sometimes let them take food upstairs to eat whilst they play the playstation. !!

Well if ya didn’t play with ya food, and just ate it you would of got of the table sooner. If ya was my kid i would of let ya go from the table and served ya dinner for breakfast.
