A BRITISH Muslim convert has emerged as successor to Omar Bakri Mohammad as the leader of a radical group that wants Britain ruled by Islamic law.

The Times has obtained transcripts of Omar Brooks, now known as Abu Izzadeen, preaching holy war and discussing killing Tony Blair in a recent sermon in London. Abu Izzadeen had previously described the July 7 bombings as “completely praiseworthy” and organised demonstrations in support of the September 11 hijackers.

Well people youve probably all seen this tw@t on the news what do you think about it !!!

Under islamic law, he has a point, and thats what he means.

These “radical” islamists are going to make our society a hellhole more than it is now, not just because their belief system is alien and barbaric, but because our government leaders will use it to control us.

This is an interesting man and perhaps we ought to know a little bit more about him before rushing to judgement.

”Ibu Izzadeen” is in fact a bloke called Trevor Brooks who was born in Hackney, in East London where he trained and worked as an electrician

He has a Jamaican background and was raised as a Christian. He only converted to Islam when he was 17 years old. He is now 31.

He spent several years as bodyguard to Omar Bakri – a well know ”radical Muslim cleric” and ceased this work when Bakri fled to Lebanon in 2004.

He was also a leading member of a group called al-Ghurabaa (meaning the Strangers) which has been outlawed by the Government as a proscribed organisation.

He still lives in East London with his Arab-born wife Mokhtaria and three children (they apparently married in 1998).

Last September he placed an advert on a Muslim dating website ( http://www.muslim-intro.com ) because he wanted more that nine children and was looking for a second, third, or fourth wife.

So our Trevor is a bit of an attention seeker who makes outrageous statements to gain publicity for himself and his apparent beliefs.

He hasn’t done too badly for an electrician from Hackney has he???
