    i know poet wanted his account deleted there was really no need to totally eliminate all his posts was there? poet was a well liked jc contributor and i think this is chidish of administration to try and remove all trace of him

    This is nothing to do with the administrators being ‘childish’ as you put it. It is our policy to remove all posts at the same time as deleting a user’s account – something which they are made aware of at the time.

    I would appreciate a little less of the patronising remarks, thanks.

    why do people make a fuss about leaving? if i ever decide to leave.. or get a life.. or a full time girlfriend.. or win the lottery.. any of the above.. i would like all my posts to stay, as a mark of respect to myself

    I will pass on your best wishes and regards to Poet – I will tell him how much the ladies are missing him, (goes green with envy) but I think he knows already – he can still be found in chat and in forum 4 on quiz nights.

    I think he was liked and well respected for all the work he did for JC with the crossword and the time spend arranging it – like myself who does the quiz, but for the moment the quiz on the boards and soon the soduko will also die a death because of pressure. The quiz room will still operate as normal so keep coming along and join in nuff said
