Anyone else on here joined Second Life, the virtual on-line life? Having resisted becoming addicted to any computer or PS2 games for years while others around me have become games junkies, I’m in serious danger of getting hooked on Second Life.
It’s like a chatroom / cartoon animation / radio stations / game / trainset / dolls / fantasy world all rolled into one.
Since entering Second Life I’ve spent less timein places like JC!

Sad man? That’s what i wondered myself as I became immersed in the game. But what the heck! – no sadder than men or women who go to stand in a crowd to shout and watch other men kicking a ball about! No sadder than people whoi play shooting on-line games. No sadder than the man who spends years restoring a Morris Minor or the woman who redecorates her living room every year!!! The list of saddos is endless.
In fact it’s quite sad being a JCer as well – I say that as a seasoned contributor!
