JC Meets

First u get the two weeks of happy banter before the event. Hotels being booked online, pick up points being discussed in room and everybody starts calling each other “mate” or “petal” in a show of camaraderie not normally witnessed on a scale like this. All pubs in the area are personally road tested by somebody for suitability and the local chinese takeaway is warned about the up and coming onslaught so that extra rice and prawn crackers can be drafted in to stem the hunger of the happy chatters.

Then the reality hits like a breeze block. When u actually get to meet the people you have spent the last 6 months happily talking with you find out they are not quite what you had envisaged. The womens faces drop when they find out that the 6 foot hunk theve been dribbling over in msn turns out to be 5″ 2′ and built like a limp biscuit. The blokes bulge in his trousers subsides when the woman of his dreams had managed succesfully to camouflage her acne on cam but in broad daylight its much more difficult to hide the fact she looks like a freshly made pizza. And the bloke you thought was okay and was actually looking forward to having a pint with turns out to have a high pitched voice and tends to mince rather than walk.

Then you get the AFTERMATH… :twisted: :twisted:

For the people who where wise enough not to go to the meet this is the best bit of all. U can feel the msn’s trembling as people cant wait to get back to sla/g one person off to another. The photos that were agreed by the “group” not to be spread around all start to get leaked out to “trusted” people who u just KNOW wont send them on :lol: People who were regulars in the rooms suddenly disappear without trace and the amount of “watchers” (people under false names) in the room increases ten fold while they all sit there waiting to see what another has to say about you behind your back. Allegations of backstabbing and sexual misdameanours are rife all being “totaly” denied by the accused of course.

Come on kids….. tell us all about your own personal JC meet. There must be loads of interesting and amusing stories to tell. Matty and Ruby have taken some first steps on another thread so maybe its time for the rest of you to come out of the closet and own up.
