Is this case finally going to be solved with a dramtic turn into the investigation by the open confession to reporters by John Mark Karr that he was with JonBenet at the time of her death, but proclaims it was an accident, or is this just another twist to this high profile murder of an innocent child. There have been many twists and turns in this case, and it had been believed by many that it was her own mother who had killed her in a fit of rage when she had wet the bed. There has been circumstantial evidence to suggest this for example there was no forced entry into the house, the mother was wearing the smae clothes as the night before with her make up on still, when she had said she had been to bed, it was Christmas night and there had been a scattering of snow the previous evening which had frozen over night, and that there was no footprints leading or leaving the property, and also that the ramson letter found was written in the house using their pens and paper on a desk in a downstairs room. There was also the amount asked for in the ramson demand, which i think was about $118,000 the exact same amount the father had been given 2 years earlier from a redundancy package. But this is all circumstantial and does not prove that the mother or father had anything to do with the death. And now you get John Mark Karr who has confessed openly to this killing and also there has been emails dicovered which shows that he had a very wierd relationship with this dead girl. In them he openly declares his love for the girl and the strong feeling he has for her. It is evident that he has an unhealthy obsession with this girl. But it has also emerged that the confession he gave to the FBI and reporters does not tally up. He says that he drugged her when there was never any drugs found in her system. He said he strangled her from behind, wher it actually shows she was strangled from the front. And today his ex girlfriend has said that he was in Alabama the other side of the United States with her for the whole of that Christmas period, and could not believe he was involved with the murder.
What are your views on this case. Is this final chapter in the case and the man responsible be brought to justice for his dispicable crime, or is it just another horrible twist with a mentally ill man falsely confessing to something he has not done. What do you think ??
hmmmmmmm tough one to call really isnt it….. my first though to be honest, and no im not a beleiver in conspiracy theories as a general rule, was that it was the parents and they had paid this man to ‘confess’ ….. but then i thought what would he get out of it? a life prison sentence that made no sense at all……
guru i really dont know hun……we may never know the truth but he did if you watched it choose his words very carefully, he said he was with this little girl when she died….now did he mean physically with her, or if as u say emailing her……strange …….i;m sure that in the coming weeks and months this story will unfold and open a whole can of worms…..
jsu as an aside, i saw pictures of the litte girl in a beauty pagent on the news……god save us all…..what person in their right minds dresses and makes up a 6 year old girl like that …….. i was absolutely mortified at the image of this littel 6 year old made up like that……….. 6 year old girls should be experimenting with mums make up endin up lookin like aunt sally’s lol and playing with their sindy or barbie dolls not lookin like mini hookers……i feel really bad saying that but its true…………

The fact her mother has now died may leave unanswered questions, who know’s.
I remember this first time round, i have read and watched programmes on it. It did all look quite fitting on the parents clues etc. Its only now DNA is going to be done. Both the little girls parents are dead after the went BANKRUPT after being accused of the murder of their own daughter. But i dont believe this freak who has been arrested is the one who commited the murder. His ex wife says they were in a different county?!?!?!

becky i’ve think ive become very cynical all of a sudden lol i smell a rat…… i am not makin light of this , i would hope that people on here know me better than that but………… im not gona voice it hun lol…..cos this will take over what is a very serious thread.. and i post ur theory on the little girls death just isnt on xxx so i;ll keep the conspiracy theories to my self lol x

Really??? OH. I saw a documentry last year that said he died 2 years after she died. :? Im gonna go investigate!
