well i say a crash i mean a slight bump but still :(
was in car park at a shop and i was on my way to the exit. this women in a very nice new mondeo starts to reverse into my pathway. she didnt see me and reversed right into the side of me!!!
who is to blame?
she says me coz i should have stopped when i saw her reversing.
i say her as she was reversing into my path.anyway we’ll have to see what happens.
there was a witness but he said he didnt see much :roll:
i think she maybe tried to intimidate me as i have my p plates on as a new driver and my car is only a n reg punto were hers is brand new

Glad you’re ok Geordie! I’ve had a similar situation happen to me. I’m not sure what the traffic rules are in your country, but it was found to be the fault of the guy that backed into me. He wasn’t looking where he was going and BAM. I felt pretty awful because he was driving a van full of mentally handicapped people. They got so upset, even though it was a pretty minor hit. Good luck!

Sounds like she was to blame, unless you were going too fast.
Check the law on shop/supermarket car parks as there summat about it not being subject to the normal legal process as it is considered private property and not public highway
