On a Train yesterday for an hour & a half , behind me where three asians shouting or talking extreamily loud in there language , annoying most of the passengers as every now & again the word F * * K would come out in plain English , anyway after at least 20 mins of putting up with this shyte I rose to my feet , calmly walked over to them & said ” Either talk quieter or talk in F`in English ok boys or else , anyway when i arrived at my destination I was met by three police officers who kindly drove me to the police station where i recieved a caution .I was informed that a white person was the one who grassed over me to the conducter W@/nker !!!
Now where`s the justice ??? I ask you !!!

20 June, 2006 at 1:11 pm #227193I suspect Ugo that the justice you crave was in your being cautioned by the Police.

If I was in a foreign nation talking loudly in English, I would be more than happy to keep the noise down and/or talk in that nation’s native tongue.
Sounds a bit made up this story tbh, I’ve gone through all the law books and nowhere can I find where it says you can be cautioned for asking someone to keep the noise down.
you don’t need to be taken to a station to be cautioned?
&, if this incident happened on a train, surely it would have been the BTP, not the metropolitan or borough?
you had bury your head bk in the books tommy as yes if you misbehave in any form or manner on a train then the police are waiting for you when you get off & as for made up …. maybe when i asked them to shut the f*ck up i wasnt as nice & polite as i can be .

20 June, 2006 at 3:44 pm #227199Why would it have been better if they had been speaking English? Surely it’s the noise level that was annoying and not the language being spoken???? 8)
20 June, 2006 at 4:16 pm #227200weather the story is true or made up,
that kind of situation is soooo f.uckin annoying.
i get that all the time. it mostly happens on bus’s…but for me..its more annoying when your in a pub…or in a restaurant and they are behind you talking very loudly,,,and the same thing…every few words…is.f.uck..or w.anker or slut.i dont like them talking in there own language, when they are laughing and joking and looking at you when they are talking…i always fell they are saying something about me.
its very insulting.
i dont have a problem with them talking in there own language, but some time it does freak me out.its the volume of ther voices that really irritates me the most.
on loads of occasions..my friends and i have asked them if they would mind keeping the noise down….and we have always been accused of being racist.
they start shouting at us and clame we would never say it if it was a gang of irish lads mucking about ….but they are right..i would never say it to irish lads…thats because irish lads would have a bit more respect and know its annoying and not do it.
