Hello, while I signed up a few months ago, this is the first time I have posted anything.
Is there anything that new people always trip up on, any obvious faux pas ?
I am looking for a friendly ‘home’. Another site I use a lot appears to be changing its direction and I suspect it will be a lot less interesting for me in the future.

Yeah, I’m always stuffing up, so just see what I do and don’t do it. lol :lol:
Welcome. I’ve found it a great place to come in and have fun and everyone seems really friendly too (or maybe that’s just an illusion that they’re putting up right now – KIDDING). And they have a sense of humour too.
Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Howdy do`s whiffey im the coolest on these ere boards theres a lot of jelousy about me being the coolest as no doubt you`ll see .
But as im also i HUGE chilli fan & a HUGE footy fan im sure you`ll enjoy ya sen on here :wink:re: aliases/multiple user names.
I see the site policy here. Does it go on in practice, however ? For example I have a username on another site of ‘Toad’ (over and above whiffey) which I adopt when I want to have a bit of fun about MasterChef and John Torode. A friend of mine uses GreggsPasty to ‘become’ Gregg Wallace.
Is this type of aliasing permitted ? It’s utterly harmless (in my view anyway) and loads of fun. Would I get banned for doing it ?
