Yet again the Holiday season is upon us…. and like I said to Mr Wolfie… ohhh look another year and we’re goin nae where…!!!
JMMOG… its expenisive having 4 kids between us… all the quotes for everything abroad if we booked we’d need to booked 2 yrs in advance…
so im lookin for ideas for a last min holiday, we can’t get abroad now, as Ive yet to get my 2 their passports sorted…. Mr Wolfie aint up for Wigwams the bore.. or camping..!!! mind ill still go to the wigwams…
and the main problem we do have is transport….
can ya get family rail cards etc…?? buses tickets…?? mind ya he’ll no go a long journey witht he 4 kids in a bus lol… mind ya I don’t fancy that either…
we’ll do the usual day trips… but we’re only visiting places we’ve already been to…
so anyone got any suggestions would be grand cheers…
ohhhh ive found my passport… Amsterdam here I come lol but thats a wkend only for adults lol
ohhhh and make me JEALOUS of where ur all goin… lucky bassa’s lol
i told Mr Wolfie last yr we’d need to book for the siZe of oor family… but no him being MALE knows better eh…. here ive got xmas all sorted lol GB Family Hampers lol

Hey Mary_J I think you can get discounted rail travel, I came across this website http://www.family-railcard.co.uk I haven’t had a look at it so don’t know if it’ll be suitable but you might want to check it out. I’m lucky enough to be flying to portugal next thursday for 2 weeks, but it might be my last holiday for a few years cos I’m saving up for a house so prob wont be able to afford it :(

ive booked a wee holiday btw…. only up to Nairn for 4 days, but hopefully the weather will be fab as the Beaches up in Nairn are fab for the kids.,… so its Vie Va aff to sunny NAIRN,….. lol
£330 for 4 nites…!!! that could be awk away abroad for me lol
whilest talkin of Holidays… if effin dear to fly fae Glesga compared to down South… hopefully with BAA take over the flights mite come down…. does anyone know if the Spanish got it..?? or the America’s came in with a bigger bid…?
Hmm it doesn’t say much about where it includes, but I’ve had a quick look through and it mentions being able to purchase them from rail stations in England Scotland or Wales so it should be ok for you. Again I’m not sure if its exactly what you’re looking for but thought I’d show you it incase.
