well with the smoke busters fine’ing smokers left rite n centre up in Scotland the now…

isnt there SUPPOSED to be a fine system for Dog Owners who don’t pick up their dug’s shyte…?? or Dogs’ poo if ur South of the Border….

there’s a few owners up here who should have their faces rubbed into their Dugs’ shyte… i mean your responsible for your Dog it can’t excatly pick its own shyte up eh…

and I bet most Dog owners say ohhhhh I always clear after my Dog….. DUGSHYTE excuse the pun lol there’s a green belt infront of oor house…. and NOT ONE owner picks up their dogs’ shyte…!!!! and the council even put in bins specially for the Dogs’ shyte..

we’re always putting in complains about it as the kids play on that area also and end up covered in it…. their bikes, fitbas’ etc….. and the things kids can pick up from Dogs shyte ….

so next time you Dog Lovers take your Dogs for a walk…. pack a few polly bags and a rubber disposible glove and PICK THE SHYTE UP…. or don’t have a dog… or even let your dog shyte on your own doorsteps….

    rant over….

    Totally agree!!!!

There is a large grass area just opposite my house, where the kids in the street usually play….it p*sses me right off when I see people walking their dogs there and not bothering to pick up after them.

I personally wouldn’t want to go around picking up dog’s dirt…but that’s why I won’t get a dog…..if only other people would come to that conclusion

Oh..and what makes me angrier..our garden’s don’t have fences, just low railings….I have seen people standing watching their dog doing the toilet in MY garden    ..Until I shouted at the ignorant f*ckers, that is

Round here dog poo on the ground has been replaced by polythene bags of dog poo hanging from hedges. I suppose people just sling the bags of poo away since they don’t want to carry it home. In the case of dog poo the best place for it is inside the dog.

I have 3 cats and they use a litter tray so I’m quite au fait with the concept of clearing up after animals but I wouldn’t fancy following a dog around with a polythene bag over my hand in readiness, I think I’d just train it to go in the long grass and to hell with the consequences!

Well im a dog owner and my dog does nothing in the street or anywhere public. She doesnt even sniff lamposts or trees.

There are enough gadgets around for people to pick up their dogs poo without even having to touch it, just pure laziness as far as I’m concerned!!!

Well, some of us ARE resposible dog lovers who pick up their dog’s cr@p 100% of the time.
I have even gone back home to get another bag when I got caught out by multiple poo’s. The green belt about 200 yards from my house has hardly any dog mess on the ground.
I agree with you however, many dog owners don’t seem to give a sh!t (pardon the pun). They are not “dog lovers”, and I don’t want to be mentioned in the same breath as them.

If only more were like that 8)

I’m sure no-one is having a go at ALL dog owners – just the guilty ones.

It’s just, where I am , I have NEVER seen anyone pick up after their dogs.

I bet it sleeps in your bed, has perfect table manners, never farts, and her breath doesn’t smell either.
