Are touring!!!
Ok so its probably not gonna be the original line up but I dont care I have to see them woo hooI would have loved to see G & R back in their prime – But from what I’ve heard, it’s just going to be axel and some others who I don’t know. Axel’s voice really isn’t what it used to be (never was all that great – but he still rocked). I think time has really taken it’s toll on him. But if you see them I hope it’s great.
Well the last time they did a tour I was too young to have seen them. I dont know the line up so far, theres rumours it could be the original, I think duffs confirmed hes going to tour with them, slash is on more amicable terms and velvet revolver have stopped all work on their album for the next few months so fingers crossed it means they’re gonna reform for the tour. I’ve always wanted to see them, even if its not the original line up it might be the last chance I get
go and see “the who” instead, despite only half the line up left, they still remain the best live band in the world
if it was all the old ones slash, duff etc i would have given anything to go see them, but i really don’t think the new Guns N Roses will be much cop, even if axl rose is still the singer
shame i was so young when they were all together, would have been great to go to one of their cocerts :(

In their day they were one of the rawest n most forceful live acts around- saw ’em at the infamous Monsters of Rock at Castle Donington and they were simply awesome
Saw ’em a couple of years later at Gateshead n they were bloated on the hype that followed Apetite for Destruction
Would be interesting to know though if the old gang has got back together rather than just Axl n the band name

Well I live 5 minutes away from Gateshead Stadium, my gran lives up the hill from it so I remember sitting in the back garden and being able to hear them, unfortunatley that was as close as I got though!
My sis is going to download in a couple of weeks ( can’t go this year which I’m a bit gutted about ) so I’ll ask her what the line up there was. I know its not the same but I still have to go see them. Its not like its far from me either so dont mind, I’ve travelled further to see bands, the main reason I went to download 2004 was cos damageplan was playing, never got the chance to see pantera but at least I got to see dime and vinny!bet its gonna be fab!!
