have to admit, the list socked me, with bands like green day, queen, the smiths all making it, not bands i would have in my top 100 anyway
but this is about jcs number one band.. not mine.. so please vote on the band you like the best
for me its a corn flick between the tallented pink floyd, i don’t think any band on the list comes close when it comes to creative genious, or the rolling stones, who have done so much, i’venever seen them live, but i’m sure there set would be wicked
if you wish to vote for The Beautiful South or abba, please state so.. not enough room to fit them all

For sheer talent and class, it has to be Queen. No one else comes close, well not in my book anyway.

its all about opinions is’nt it, my opinion is Ocean Colour Scene are the best british live band there has ever been, bar 2 only… The Who and the Rolling Stones
a whole lot of people disagree, but its about personal taste, weller however said it all, along the lines off
“You might not like ocean colour scene as a band, but one thing you can”t knock, they are probably the most tallented live musicans you are ever likely to see”
yeah, queen had tallent, but to say no one comes close, i respect that as an opinion, as opinions are never always true, however somone may prefer there style of music more then others, i find it rather cheesy to be honest, and it does’nt give me the same personal touch and buzz ocs give to me
they can blow your mind in a full electric gig, or give you that personal touch with a low key acoustic in the smallest of venues.. un beatable in my book, but maybe a band soon will come along and take there mantal, I have been waiting for about 5 years now
