Would anyone be interested in a book of the month club?

The idea is simple, someone chooses a book, those interested go out and read the book, and then at the end of the month we discuss the chosen book.
It could be a good way to find new authors to explore, or discuss your fave book of all time with others.

Let me know what you lot think. :)

Not for me ta. Good idea but I wouldn’t stay committed. Will be happy to read others’ comments tho to guide me for my summer holiday reads. Is the idea to have the reviews in plain english – some of the film reviews on this thread were WAY too technical for a stupid person like me :(

I just wanted to reiterate. No King. No Herbert. No Koontz. In fact, no chav books at all.

 Of course not. I’m afraid I was a little worse for wear last night and was robbed of my usual sartorial elegance.* I don’t think there’s much wrong with any of the above. Except Dean Koontz, he really is rubbish.
