Would anyone be interested in a book of the month club?
The idea is simple, someone chooses a book, those interested go out and read the book, and then at the end of the month we discuss the chosen book.
It could be a good way to find new authors to explore, or discuss your fave book of all time with others.Let me know what you lot think. :)
I read a book a week so i’d be up for it. 8)

Not for me ta. Good idea but I wouldn’t stay committed. Will be happy to read others’ comments tho to guide me for my summer holiday reads. Is the idea to have the reviews in plain english – some of the film reviews on this thread were WAY too technical for a stupid person like me :(
ooh didnt think this many would be interested :lol: will have to put thinking cap on for first book, will have a scout around in the local WHS and see what looks good ok.
I just wanted to reiterate. No King. No Herbert. No Koontz. In fact, no chav books at all.
