Yes Mary we still sing God Save The Queen in our schools etc…. As far as sayings, some of the sayings in the UK are similar so I understand, but many a time, Ive had to ask someone what certain things meant befor I could reply.
I thought that perhaps you were implying I may not be Canadian, ofcourse I could be wrong, its happened once ot twice befor.
