i have just nearly found myself at the hospital with my 6 yr old coz his bike fell on his head and the brake hit him. there was loads of blood and tears from both kids :roll: cleaned it up to find a tiny cut and a graze so panic over :D
it would seem that my son is quite accident prone as i have already been to hospital 3 times with him!!! he fell down my friends stairs and broke his collar bone, fell at nursery and hurt his leg anmd fell off his bike and cut his arm badly.
i have never been in hospital other than to have my kids.
are you or your kids accident prone and how many times you been to hospital?yes im bored and just trying to pass the time :lol:

Hospital trips:
Me: 3 times to give birth
Once with meningitis
Once with fractured Humerus bone
Once for operation to get bones in my ankle pinned back together.Callum: Just when born

i think boya re so much more accident prone coz they take more risks than girls. they play rougher than most girls too.

my mom persuaded the doctors i had tape worm so they took me in for extensive tests only to find i was just a skinny kid :roll:
fell off bike did a back flip over the wall :lol:
fell outta trees
got kicked bout playin rough with the boys :lol: footy, rugby etc :roll:
fell on dance floor of a night club in barry, s wales, ended up dislocatin my knee, tearin the ligaments an tissues an was in plaster for 9 weeks, physio for months, then the week i finished physio i went an broke my ankle on me other leg just turnin over in bed :roll:theres loads more, an after speakin with me mom tomoz i will tell u more :lol:

Well…I used to take part in wrestling comps when I was a kid lol – Hulk Hogan had a lot to answer for!! :lol: :lol:
But I do think overall, boys are rougher

My brother got hit on the head with a golf club when he was 14 – his mate was swinging the club to hit the ball while my brother was trying to get out of the way…………..
There was a knock on the front door and my sister answered it……the next thing we heard was her screaming – we ran to the door and my brother was standing there, hand on his head, with blood pouring down his face – it looked like something out of a horror film.
[he had 3 stitches and was in A&E for 1/2 hour……….wasn’t serious at all !].
I think the thing is, is that the blood makes it look like the injury is actually worse than it is…….especially if you get queezy at the site of blood !

the blood was dripping down my sons hand and he started screaming then when my daughter saw it she started screaming.
of course i was really calm :D :D
