I agree. Wigan should b applauded for what they’ve achieved. Even if they end up mid table or further down by the end of the season, they’ll have achieved their aim of staying up, and they can build with the higher Sky TV money that’ll come into their coffers.

read an interview with kluviert the other day. was a good read, he went on to say how he wondered how everyone in newcastle had this thing about shearer being un dropable, and the fact the team is in a right mess
think it was pretty much all true, its not sounass thats the problem, its a mixture of a lot of things, could do with a roy keane sort of character to sort them all out ;)
