ITS HERE AGAIN

yeh pancake day tomorrow,dont the years fly by these days?
so i thought i would put this thread on the day before as i need some help
what my problem is,is i would like to make the perfect pancake,but hey down the years i have tried numerous times and epicly failed
ive invited ex gfs down the years to come to my gaff for a pancake night,complete with candles and 4 cans of boddingtons bitter and all the roll ups they can smoke for afters
but it just turned into a soggy mess,the pancake not me

so i would like some help please,preferably before march the 4 6,pm
as im hoping to woo my latest squeeze(hopefully) to the perfect pancake,but she works for greggs the bakers,so shes bound to know if it aint done properly

ive always loved pancake day me,i suppose it stems from memories as a kid,when me and my brothers and sisters used to crowd round the frying pan watching our mam tossing away in abandoned glee
my claim to fame was one time mam tossed so high it stuck on the ceiling,my eldest brother was deputed the task of getting it back using the step ladder(not our real ladder just our step ladder)but he was scared of heights,so i volunteered and got the pan cake down,to cheers of wild applause,even the neighbours came round to congratulate me on my remarkable acheivement
but i digress,what i want what i really really want
is tips,handy hints to make the perfect pancake
