it’s not enough that you look at, then quickly withdraw from that horrible lobby.
Most of you are wondering where to hang scarves, and what does a real chat room look like ?
Well you’re hardly likely to find out in the lobby are you ?I say try a chat room instead. . . (and give as many personal details as possible . . . . . )
:D
14 December, 2012 at 9:18 am #516773Yeh….you’re spot on there…think I would rather chat in a cupboard
14 December, 2012 at 11:12 am #516774interesting observation Toy but i’d pity most of them for the fact of trying to out type one an other, forgetting its the internet and treating it like real life.
Kenty a cupboard is the place to be  (beats any tv soap hands down)

17 December, 2012 at 8:25 pm #516776Hello everyone.
After reading this post,,,it is at last being typed what i have thought over time now.
I dont log into the actual chat room as often as i used to,,( been doing other things in real life ), however it is right that people do take it as real life.
I can only mention what i have actually noticed,,and it is the following, chatters keeing the argument going over and over and over and over,,( yes you get the picture ).
Then you have other chatters mentioning that they are logging off because they are fed up of the idiots,,,yet there they still are time and time again, ( from what i have noticed before )
It makes me think that when they log off,,do they constantly think of the chat room,,and the arguments they have had,,just to get ready for round 2.3.4.5, etc.
Anyhow,,,there is a life out there,,,and if all else fails, have you’re food delivered and a comode next to the computer in case you miss something.
17 December, 2012 at 8:43 pm #516777i logged into f3 the other day…….there were 165 chatters …….the screen was running and there were very few conversations where you could chip in……..i wish it was like the old days where you couldn’t use the lobby and you chose which room to go in.
4 January, 2013 at 8:27 pm #516778I am extremely grateful to JC for a myriad of reasons.
But as Tinks says, it was a bit better before, when we all had scurvy, and everything was in black + white and you had to chose a room. Hell you could choose 3 rooms and chat simultaneously to different people.
Who then sussed out what you were doing and did the same thing back. My rapidly failing memory tells me that was when the real fun started.

I still miss the little white dot disappearing into the centre of the screen . . . . .
11 January, 2013 at 9:16 pm #516780Have no idea what you’re talking about, or how many generations you’re going back . . . . . or wouldn’t if my great-gran hadn’t skyplussed it.
As for technological change, I’m not necessarily against it. Pocket-sized video streaming to a billion people simultaneously while purchasing on web as you game/outsource on social media with complete GPS assurance can’t be a bad thing surely ?
AND you can also dump a partner by means of a Powerpoint presentation these days. 8)
Yes, I’m sure it’s all good.

I heard about that lil White dot Wordsy ! Now its an organisation determined to stop us watching television so much!
“White Dot is an anti-television organisation based in the UK. It encourages people to not watch television”.
Is it for real ? ? -
