One of Tony’s points was he felt being disabled the decision not to let him chose when he ends his life was infact a disability inequality, as an abled person he could in effect end his life when he wanted, via suicide i guess he meant, but being disabled he can’t.
A point i’ve never really thought about before and a darn good point too. I know its slightly different because someone would have had to actually do it for him, but i guess his arguement is so do people that have to feed bathe etc people with physical disabilities.
Can of worms the whole euthanasia thing i know, but the suffering some people endure as they reach the end of their life is horrible for them, truly awful, and as has been said before you wouldn’t let a dog suffer in this way.
I’m glad for him that his suffering has at last reached its end and he can now rest in peace x
