I entered a competition which required me to submit my telephone number and email address. What a mistake that was. In the space of six weeks I’ve had over 500 spam emails and at least 10 phone calls.
The phone calls are easy to deal with, but the emails have been a challenge. Hotmail has a great spam filter though and if you take a bit of time to select the settings and apply them it’s quite handy. At the moment I get the odd email worming its way into my inbox, but I’m hoping to get back to the point where I was getting none of this cr@p at all.
So, my ideal day would be to beat the spams and not get any. I live in hope.
no one likes spam……….. :-k talking of which………who likes the tinned stuff?……..used to have it fried as a kid with sauages bacon egg beans toms for lunch with my dad at the weekend……..yummy stuff :D
Anyone seen Spamalot? Seen it twice. Hilarious!
Hmmmmmmmmm On the odd occasion I get a strange email from a ‘reg’ (2 of them to be precise) – thank feck I don’t open them ‘cos the name isn’t what I have them under in my contact list, as afterwards I get an email, or hear through the grapevine that they have been hacked. Therefore I would get a nasty bug!
