dont do it…….unless unlike me…your able to remember your passwords.

    Total devistation going on.
Nobody uses this computer except me, so every site I visit I always tick the little box that says “keep me logd in”.
Now I thought it was a clever idea to have all different passwords for every site

not such a good idea when you decide to delete all your history and cookies

Just spent the last hour trying to guess my own passwords

I need some nurofen and an ice cold budwiser after that

    Oh dear!

Bit late but password tip is to pick four or five words and a number memorable to you. Come up with a way to jumble them about for various sites. Then you dont have so much to guess when trying to remember

e.g cat dog rabbit hampster* 12

    you can then use catdog12 dogcat12 12dogcat etc……..

    * for those old enough on the net to know that there is a p in hampster. Free cuppa tea and internet bus pass to those that know the original reference.

Just to clarify, hamster is the correct spelling of hamster, the p in hampster is largely an internet creation, but not the correct spelling, hence ‘old enough on the net‘ I presume.
