OK I have to admit I didn’t have time to watch them last night but I have them taped and will watch today. I wonder who will win in this viewing war though?
Is Mr Cowell destined to fail with his sixth series of BGT? I must admit I lost interest in the last series, but Cowell has vowed he will beat The Voice… and he is not a man prone to losing.
The Voice sounds innovative selecting contestants not on the strength of their cheekbones or sob stories, but rather on vocal chords alone. ….the judges will have their backs to the performers, only turning around when impressed by the performance.
It will be interesting to see how it progresses over the weeks…..any favourites yet?
25 March, 2012 at 8:30 am #490906You HAVE to watch it! I watched both with my daughter and we are undecided which one is better – well, that is, if you like (admit to!) watching CraP!

I don’t care if some think it’s trash tv, I just admire people who have the guts to follow their dreams. The last couple and the Welsh choir brought tears to my eyes!
25 March, 2012 at 5:56 pm #490910Dreams or nightmares, I had tears in my eyes as well mainly from laughing.
Some of those acts were hilarious , the man in the gold suit with the wings or whatever they were, the two men ballroom dancing ( good dancers tho they wouldnt have been out of place in Strictly)
Have to agree about the Welsh choir they were fantastic and that fella and girl that sang opera were really good.
On another note did anyone see the cast of Benidorm and their take on it on Sports Relief …. classic

If your going to be crap they get you onto the stage, laugh and have you off ASAP.Now that bloke (who tbh, i thought was a girl at first glance) if they show any part of a story with the next contestant in it you know their getting through, esp when you see Simon being bored the audience laughing its so bloody fake now, its Susan Boyle all over again.
Build up tension and low and behold their amazing – no shìt!!!!.26 March, 2012 at 11:09 am #490913I can’t help wondering that it is ‘contrived’!
26 March, 2012 at 7:37 pm #490914Personally, I think it’s a load of contrived crap and would rather poke my own eyes out with a pokey thing than watch any of them.
