Well today is Friday 13th and all I heard on the radio today was how unlucky it is and how the presenter would really like to just spend the whole day in bed asleep!
Does Friday 13th bother you? (and I’m not talking about the films!)
What about the number 13?
Or do you have other superstitions?Nope…the day doesn’t bother me at all as such…I have a few superstisions nothing drastic..
Last year we even flew out on Friday 13th in August…although having said that we hadn’t even got on the motorway from our town and we were flashed by a speed camera….3am in the morning we weren’t paying attention! Suffice to say we never got the ticket so that was lucky :lol:I have to say the day doesn’t bother me, it’s no different to any other day.
As for the number 13, well I was brought up in a house number 13 and we were no more lucky or unlucky than any other house in the street. Funnily enough the road I live in now doesn’t have a number 13!I don’t think I’m superstitious but I do tend to touch wood if I say something and don’t want to tempt fate!
I’m superstitious.
For instance, when I walk, I make sure that I always put one foot in front of the other.
I’m kinda superstitious, I won’t walk under a lader and when I see one magpie by itself I touch wood and I try not to let a black cat walk infront of me.
My mam has the same so guess I got them from her, like my hate of spiders yet I don’t mind snakes.
Friday the 13th has always been lucky for me, so I should buy a lotto ticket today and stay in bed tomorrow as Saturday the 14th fecks me up everytime!!!.I know i’ve writen this before here and over the road, guess this topic comes up every Friday 13th.

In France the lotto is on Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays but when it is a Friday the 13th there is a SuperLotto and tonight it is for 13 million euros. Can but hope :wink:
