a few years back they changed the law on rape
apperently you could be charged with rape for sleeping with a woman who is drunk the view being she might not of been capable of saying noits a fine line though dont you think
clearly if she is paraletic
or you ply her with drink till she is incapable then thats just not right
what about if she was just a bit tipsy
and the next day she regreted her actions and cried rape
where do you draw the linei mean how many of us men have been raped
any self respecting womanising man will undoubtably have woken up some where strange
with a bad head may be
looked over and found some woman by his side that he hardly knows
may be one non to desirable
they say omg how fecking dunk was i last night
time for a sharp exitif he had been sober would he have been there

and he a victim of rapeIt has been proven that once under the influence of alcohol we find everyone more attractive (beer goggles) and i think we’ve all woken up next to someone ‘non to desirable’…That’s not rape, that’s just drunken stupidity.
Trying to ruin someone’s life because you made a mistake is very very wrong. I’ve seen it too many times. Crying rape has almost become trendy. Not taking anything away from someone that genuinely has been raped as it’s a horrific thing to do to another human being but this pc world panders to people taking the micky and that detracts from and is a complete slap in the face to people who actually have experienced this heinous crime.

the spiked drinks comes from a lad who works for me and claimed to have been spiked recently
i think he was just pissed to be honest
on that thread many touched on the rape thing
so i followed on with rape or not
and the drunken stupidity was from sassys remark

Most people claim their drink has been spiked when they’ve had one or two drinks and they get violently ill….that still doesn’t mean your drink has been spiked, only way you can really be sure is by going to the docs. Everyones a doctor these day though it seems… :lol:
