I personally remember two separate incidents, one where my son was being kicked and punched by kids at school, it was the ‘ninja turtles period’. He broke down and told me how he felt at school one saturday morning. he was in floods of tears and i cried at the thought. My daughter also told me once how being a ‘child’ of a divorced family and living with her ‘dad’ was not right..surely she should be with her mum!!!…What is a bully, and how do you identify?
23 October, 2011 at 7:32 pm #480522my brothers lad was being bullied
so my brother kicked the kid right up the arse
he scuttled off and told his parents
his parents were decent folk and went to see my brother
they siad i really dont think thats the right way to deal with this
brother said in your world i agree
but i bet your son wont ever bully mine againhe was right
the bullying stop that day :P24 October, 2011 at 10:56 am #480523My daughter was being bullied at school a long time before i found out……the day when i did find out, she was receiving about 250 texts on her moby a day, being abused in the street, had been pushed down the stairs at school…….that kind of thing……..the next morning i reported everything my daughter told me to the school and the school liason police officer came to see me………he visited the girl who was instigating the bullying at her home and warned her that if there was one more occurance she would be charged…….i was prepared to press charges……..so my advice is to definatley inform the school asap and take it from there…….good luck.

Two days later I had a letter from the bully apologising and that he was paying for it out of his pocket money, and that he would never bully another boy again. It really does go to show that going to the school works!

24 October, 2011 at 1:14 pm #480526i dont agree with another person hittin other peoples kids i tell ya 1 thing anyone laid there hands on my kids be warned id be ready to knock ten bales of sh it on anyone who even tried my daughter was bullied for 6 months non stop i reported it to the head of the school nothin was done, so how can anyone say the schools do there job they havent got a scooby on how to handle bullies and as for ur brother thin id kick him up the fundamental oriface. but then its one rule for ur family if someone else said there brother had done that ud be the first one to complain thin ur nothin but an 8 faced liar and the quicker everyone notices wot u really are the better
24 October, 2011 at 1:19 pm #480527and another thread degenerates into a slanging match…
24 October, 2011 at 1:54 pm #480528not a slanging match seems like the bully thing lies in his whole family if his brother was a man he wud never have kicked that lad for bullying his son but shud have gone to the boys parents in the first place but no thins brother was right according to him as the saying goes wot goes around comes around lets see him wriggle his way out of this one like he does any other thread im innocent its just banter well this is banter this is a man bullying a child i think its a disgusting way to behave he shud be ashamed of himself
24 October, 2011 at 1:58 pm #480529Ok maybe not a slanging match…just a chatter taking the opportunity to have a go at another chatter rather than answering the opening post…same old same old, either way another thread is on the verge of biting the dust.
24 October, 2011 at 2:03 pm #480530I dont have kids but when in school, if anyone got their parents to go to the school they’d be bullied even more by other kids calling them a rat.
Yet it puzzles me why kids give there phone numbers out so easily, and how stupid other kids are to put their threats in writing as evidence.Good to see things have changed in most cases and schools are now talking responsiblity.
