I have given up for the grand total of one day! – ‘rubes ‘I suspect I am ahead of you!
Anyway, try this:
E-Lites, electronic ciggies: http://www.E-Lites.co.uk – I got mine from a train station, but 5% discount if ordered on line.
Looks like a ciggie, blows out smoke, no tar, 2.4% nicotine, and can be used anywhere.
I think this could be a worker!
Let me know how anyone get on!
:D

:D1 July, 2011 at 5:33 pm #471904well done anc !! thats brilliant. yes you are ahead of me as im trying to lower the cholesterol at moment.. gotta do one thing at a time. And seemingly this is the more important, for my personal needs, And champix and cholesterol tabs have similar side effects, so they would not know where they were coming from, should i develop side effects of any form. But i have cut down.. :) what a coward eh? I keep my cigs in bag, so have the hassle of getting up and rummaging about looking for lighters etc. so that kinda helps a wee bit. Forcing myself to enjoy high fibre diet and flora on wholemeal toast ! farting like a dreyhorse :)
good Luck x

1 July, 2011 at 7:41 pm #471910Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit With 10 x High Strength Marlboro Cartridges and USB Charger
This pack contains everything to get you started. The healthier smoking
experience for those of you trying to give up and not only this you will
also save money. For example, if you smoke 20 conventional cigarettes
per day, you will save around 38 per week. The starter pack contains 10
disposable cartridges which will last for approximately the equivalent
of 100 cigarettes. Our electronic cigarettes (or e-cigarettes) taste and
feel just like normal cigarettes yet are completely smoke and tar free.
The cigarettes themselves are exactly the same size as regular
cigarettes. The “smoking” sensation you’ll experience is just like that
of a real cigarette, but without all the adverse side effects.
E-Cigarette Smoking is a more cost-effective way to smoke and our
e-cigarettes can be enjoyed in most public areas, even where regular
cigarettes are prohibited. Try out smokeless e-cigarettes and see why
thousands are giving up their traditional cigarettes.£5.20 on Amazon uk.
