The Palestine Solidarity Campaign has issued this important statement regarding the BBC.
BBC Censors ‘ Palestine ’
BBC Radio 1xtra has removed the word ‘ Palestine ’ when playing a song by artist, Mic Righteous. In an extraordinary act of censorship, the word was filtered out of a recording as Mic Righteous sang the words ‘Free Palestine’, part of his song ‘Fire in the Booth’.
The censorship took place on the BBC show, Hip Hop M1X with Charlie Sloth, and the BBC has since issued a statement saying: ‘All BBC programmes have a responsibility to be impartial when dealing with controversial subjects…and an edit was made in this instance to ensure that impartiality was not compromised.’
Listen to the recording, with edit, here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00f15g4Read All About It Here
Keep paying your licence and be complicit with the bbc in the subversion and suppression of REAL news.

Poor jen, no points to score
14 May, 2011 at 2:27 pm #468104I’m not interested in scoring points or keeping tally, I’ll leave that up to you.

14 May, 2011 at 3:12 pm #468106Let me spell it out for you Gaz.
There will be no next time so your wishes of better luck are wasted.
I have absolutely no interest in playing your little games where you twist words, expect everyone to back up what they are saying whilst refusing to do the same yourself, and generally deride and belittle anyone who does not share your view of the world.
Have fun point scoring with yourself

In other words you failed to achieve what ever it was you intended by the irrelevant remark
I know I’m going to regret this but here goes….

And offer no explanation for this, is it safe to assume you have regrets ? But just as you have done with other similar replies, jumped in before thinking about how deep the water is ?
Now, there’s no point scoring for me here, just explain your comment above, then we can move forwad in the appropriate way.If you can’t, then simply say that is the case, we both know your comment above is a failed attempt at being clever don’t we? -
