ok for all u lot in forum 3 that doubted me this morning when i said this is the full rhyme for brides……

The original saying dates back to the Victoria times and states, “Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue and a silver sixpence in your shoe.”

its on a site called wedding cermony customs and traditions, and true, not many brides do wear the sixpence in their shoe but i first learned the tradition at a couple of irish weddings i went too, so for those who still dont beleive go look up the site lol 8)

so, now does anyone know where i will get a sixpence for me eldests wedding at the end of the year ??? lol
