    PD

Yes, I do have some regrets… but I don’t play the “what if” game any more.

Lots and too many to list……. and most of them make me sad so i’ll keep them to myself.

Only thing i will say is the things we do in life make us the people we are today so I too try not to say “what if” it kind of hurts too much

Yup but sounds more optimistic…I’m still in touch with my free child!

There are things that I wish I had done differently, but I don’t regret a thing…for every bad thing that has happened to me, something good has come out of it that I wouldn’t have experienced otherwise.

And as Velvet has already said, everything that has happened to me has made me the person I am today…and I kinda like me! :D

Although…maybe….I kinda regret that jar of nutella that’s now only a quarter full…

    See here https://www.justchat.co.uk/boards/viewtopic.php?t=22340!

I thought I was an optimistic realist (plan for the worst, hope for the best) but having read this article I think I might actually have a free child ego which means I’m an assertive optimist

    Quote from the article:
“The positive aspects of the FC ego state involve controlling negative emotion and are related to the ability to look on the bright side and do things in one’s own style, while the negative aspects are not caring about disease and giving in to temptation because of optimism, as well as instinctive and impulsive behaviours.”

Let’s not get into impulsive behaviours though….
