Thought i’d check old School friends earlier, on Friends Reunited. Wanted to see what happened to the teachers too, seeing as they’ve knocked the School down. (Pity they couldn’t do it whilst i was there though).
NOT ONE TEACHER has joined. I know that a few had nervous breakdowns whilst i was there, don’t know why though. Maybe the rest are too ashamed to admit they worked there. Maybe the rest had nervous break downs too.
What i want to know is, who was your best/worst teacher and why? What were you like at school? Teachers pet, or just a complete and utter b/astard?
24 September, 2005 at 11:45 pm #141149i was shy at school, i got on best with the geography teacher, we went and watched lancashire play often at old trafford as we both shared an intrest for cricket and our fave team, we also both loved snooker
worst teach would probably be mr apthorpe, i still can remember spending all night designing somthing, spent hours on it, even got my dad to help, next morning he said
i did’nt ask your dog to do it, i asked you to do it
the cheek of the git, he perved on all the girls too.. he still remains there now, i have no time for him
24 September, 2005 at 11:50 pm #141150I just wanted to see what happened to Reeking Rita. She was like a peggy Mitchell. Quite aggressive too. I was sort of quiet, until puberty struck! Like my childhood sweetheart said: “Miss, he’s only started being cheeky since his balls dropped!”
25 September, 2005 at 9:44 am #141151i was a good girl at school till i reached about 15

i loved school :D25 September, 2005 at 11:19 am #141152I was relatively quiet at school… at least to those that weren’t close friends… bit shy really (hard to believe huh).
Fave teacher was the same as the worst… Mr Horne… French. He had a lil bit of carpet at the front of his desk that nobody was allowed to stand on. He also hit one of the guys in our class then got expelled. Funny but a meanie.
25 September, 2005 at 11:22 am #141153when i attended, which was about 1 day out of 5, i was very quiet, hardly speaking in class or anything.
best teacher was Mr Wood – he’d bring his guitar into class n spend the whole lesson messing about…had a bit of a crush on him
worst was Mrs Gregory – a total bi’tch :?

I was a good girl I was.  I went to a convent, and thats the TRUTH I did. My maths teacher was an old cow. I was USELESS at maths, still am, and she took great delight in hualing me up to the blackboard in front of everyone knowing full well I couldn,t understand what she was rabbiting on about. I did hate her, fecking bloody b astard woman.
25 September, 2005 at 6:19 pm #141157In my school, it was the teachers who played truant. We were allowed to mark our own work. I always used to get 20 out of 10.
I even had an “A” for cookery. That’s something not to be so proud of if you’re a male.
I was allowed to choose my own punishment, and i chose detention after school for an hour.
I weren’t normal.
