Put me back out at work on Monday afternoon, battled on until leaving time cause I’m really hard:) went Doctors yesterday and I the bottom muscles in my back have gone into Spasm
So she’s signed me off for a week, maybe two. So sat at home watching Laurel and Hardy,playing online poker, eeeeeehhh every clouds got a silver lining eh:)well enjoy the rest :D

don’t go spending all that hard earned cash on the online poker spot lol….my hubby plays that!

make sure you rest up properly and use pain relief as sometimes not doing can make the situation worse as you struggle to get comfy :?
I hope it heals soon, there’s nowt worse, I slipped a disk once and it was hell until traction popped it back :roll:
Thanks guys, not had a problem b4 with my back, so a bit of a shock to the system, maybe its a sign of getting old :( Laurel and Hardy certainly bought a smile to me face, I would like the box set on DVD if anyone fancies sending me a get well pressie :)
The online pokers going okay giggles i only play with money i win on the free to enter tournaments, so can’t lose to much :( the wife has this crazy idea that i’m addicted to playing :? dont know where she gets it from.

I sympathize with you dude, muscle spasms are bloody painful indeed as i`ve hurt my back on a number of occasions in the past during training.
