Today we had baked potatoes for tea and there was part of one left over. I put it in one of the cat dishes and showed it to one of our cats. She sniffed it, then looked at me with a ‘what the ****’ expression and walked away.

10 minutes later I was washing up and heard a low growling sound behind me. I looked round to see the same cat crouched with her head over the potato in the bowl, growling at one of our other cats who was showing a little too much interest!

Gotta love cats, my cat eats wotsits, sticking it’s head right in the bag, whilst the other grapples to get it off  Such jealous ceatures, My eldest cat also drinks milk out of a glass and water from the tap, and if she is gasping for a piddle croutches over the plug hole

The youngest cat plays dead on command too 8)

The follow-up to my original post is that this morning I came down to find sicked-up potato on the sofa!

I have trained my three cats to ‘sit’ on command, which is quite fun. It’s very satisfying at meal times to say ‘sit’ and see three cats lowering their bottoms to the ground in unison!

Awww..that’s so sweet^^ Bass (not the sicking-up..the sitting in unison) our little cat thinks that our labrador dog is her bestest ever friend, and actually shares food with her. She steals into the cupboard where the dog biscuits are kept..gets one out of the bag.and fetches it for her big canine sis.
One of the funniest incidents, was when she took a piece of meat out of her own dish and transferred it over to the pooch’s..trotting proudly across the kitchen floor with it in her ickle wee mouth.
    I just love those furbabies.

my youngest one steals veggies from the parrots, he has a particular love for sugar snap peas… wierd! He tried a baby chilli once… and once only!
